The staff was extremely friendly, the accommodation was functional and fairly clean. The location was good and absolutely perfect, close to Agios Nikolaos Monastery. We found it in a good area just next door to the capital of the island called " fira ", a quiet, non tourist area and about a 15minutes walk uphill to the centre of Fira and Parissa beach.

Perfect, nice budget property. Brilliant food for dinner and breakfast. Outstanding and quiet rooms with a fridge as well as bathroom. Pleasant location in a more residential neighborhood on the outskirts of town, good for visiting Mesa Katikies.

The location seemed incredibly comfortable and decent on the side of a hill. Besides, we were close enough to close to the center at a walking distance and a quiet, non tourist area and about a 15minutes walk uphill to the centre of Fira.
